跟预测一致,每一个板块的房屋可承受能力在2007年的最后一个季度都出现恶化,但是我们仍然相信市场的可承受能力有趋暖的迹象。当火热的温哥华市场成为是深陷低谷的区域时,两层式住房继续承受着购买力恶化的重负。全省范围内的交易和挂牌的比例趋缓,显示出市场在重新寻去平衡。房贷利率应该对市场是一个利好因素,因为我们仍然预计5年期的利率将会在现在的水平上下降75个基点。尽管房价在去年年底有所回升,但是经济基本面的减弱将会降低人们的购房需要,房价在2008年的上升幅度将会由2007年的12%降至7%。
